Shipping Policy

If there is any issue with the shipment - specifically from the date the package shows delivered by the carrier, we must be notified if there is anything missing or damaged within 3 days of receipt of shipment according to the carriers tracking number.

If the item appears to have been damaged during shipment, please keep all packaging materials. The carrier may need to do a follow-up visit before we can issue a claim for a refund.

Prompt delivery to most States - generally within 14-21 business days by USPS.

All shipments are insured for full value.

All shipments are electronically tracked.

If the shipment is missing altogether after the tracking number shows delivery, we must be notified immediately so an investigation with the carrier can be initiated.

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds. As each Diecast is custom built to customer's specifications.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.)

You will receive credit within a certain amount of days, depending on credit processor's policies.

You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
